1. General Rules
• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol in common areas is not permitted and may result in penalties.
• Please treat the apartment and amenities with care. Any damages caused during the stay will be chargeable.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
Pool Rules
• Pool timings: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Pool remains closed on Mondays.
• Children must always be supervised by adults in and around the pool area.
Gym Rules
• Gym timings: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Please use gym equipment carefully and at your own risk. Cleaning & Waste Disposal
• Complimentary apartment cleaning is scheduled every 3rd day.
• Additional cleaning service is available at ₹350 per session.
• Kindly keep garbage bags outside the apartment before 10:00 AM for collection.
Guests & Visitors
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Noise & Safety
• Quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM. Please avoid loud music or disturbances.
• Do not overload electrical sockets or appliances. Thank you for your cooperation.

2. Apartment Pricing
•The apartment rates displayed on our website or booking platforms are subject to change without prior notice.
•The applicable price will be the rate displayed at the time the booking is confirmed.
•Apartment rates may vary depending on the season, dates of stay, availability, number of guests, and special offers or promotional rates.
•Any applicable taxes, service charges, cleaning fees, or additional charges will be communicated during the booking process and may be payable in addition to the displayed room rate.
•The booking price is applicable only to the number of guests and duration specified at the time of reservation. Any additional guests or extension of the stay may attract additional charges. •Additional services, amenities, extra cleaning, early check-in, late check-out, or other special requests may incur separate charges.
•Any applicable security deposit, damage charges, or other recoverable costs will be communicated to the guest and may be collected separately.
•Guests are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete.
•A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment or confirmation conditions have been successfully completed.
•In the event of a pricing or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error and inform the guest. If a booking was made based on an obvious pricing error, the guest may be offered the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
•Promotional rates and special offers may be subject to specific terms, availability, minimum-stay requirements, or booking conditions.
•The applicable price will be the rate displayed at the time the booking is confirmed.
